Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Inka, a review automation service operated at inkauto.co.uk. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts are provisioned for approved businesses. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and have permission to contact the customers you add.

Inka may be used only to request genuine reviews from real customers who have done business with you. You must not use it to send unsolicited messages, to contact people without a lawful basis, or in any way that breaches Google’s review policies or applicable anti spam law. You are responsible for the content of the messages sent on your behalf.

If you connect a third party service such as Google Calendar, you authorise Inka to access the data described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of running the automation. You can disconnect at any time.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Inka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
